At Art by Nathalie, we take great care in packaging and shipping your artwork to ensure that it arrives at your doorstep safely and securely. We offer shipping services through reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Shipping Timeframe: Once your order is placed, it will typically take 1-3 business days to process and pack your artwork. After that, shipping timeframes will vary depending on your location, carrier selection, and shipping method. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can track the delivery status of your package online.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the dimensions and weight of your artwork, as well as your shipping destination. You will be presented with shipping options and rates at the time of checkout. We do not offer free shipping at this time.
International Shipping: We are happy to ship internationally, but please note that international shipping rates may vary significantly from domestic rates due to customs fees and taxes. Customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes applied to their orders. We recommend that international customers contact their local customs office for more information on these fees.
Damaged or Lost Packages: If your artwork arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We may ask for photos of the damaged artwork and packaging to assist with the claims process.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or for packages that are left unattended at the delivery location. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for their package at the time of delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Art by Nathalie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your artwork, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Here's what you need to know:
Returns: If you wish to return your artwork, please contact us within 30 days] days of receiving it to initiate the return process. The artwork must be in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive the artwork, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, minus any shipping fees. Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your artwork for another piece, please contact us within [number of days] days of receiving it to initiate the exchange process. The artwork must be in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive the artwork, we will ship out the new piece and provide you with a tracking number. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.
Custom Artwork: Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom artwork commissions, as these pieces are tailored to your specific needs and cannot be resold.
